This beautiful 3-bedroom SDA home is situated in Gosnells and is built to High Physical Support standards.  The property features a private ensuites and verandas, an outdoor entertaining area and has provisioning for assistive technology.  This home is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood and only a short distance away from beautiful parklands, shopping centres and amenities.

The individual interested in this home would be sharing with two women aged in their 40s.  A lovely lady who enjoys the outdoors, going fishing and listening to music. As well as a gentle lady who is a talented artist, prides herself on her appearance and values her relationship with her family.  Both women have a strong connection to culture and would welcome a housemate who has some similar interests to their own.

With only one place available, this home will be able to support someone with high physical support needs who mobilises using a wheelchair at home and in the community.

The person interested in this home would ideally be looking for a quiet, accessible option, and is happy spending time on their own or joining in on shared activities with their housemates. Support staff are available in the home on a 24/7 basis, including overnight support. The property is managed by SDA provider Sana Living and will be available late-2024.
