This centrally located 3-person SDA home in Carlisle is ideally placed close to Parnham Park, Carlisle Reserve and is a short hop to Oats Street Train Station. A selection of restaurants and cafes are in close proximity as well as the Aqualife Centre with a hydrotherapy pool with wheelchair hoist available. The home is an SDA property built to High Physical Support standards, which features private ensuites, an outdoor entertaining area and has provisions for assistive technology.

The successful new resident would share with two other gentlemen. An easy-going 50-year-old man who enjoys going for a drive, being outdoors and taking walks in the park. He also love listening to rock music as well as making music in a weekly music group. The other resident is a quiet and gentle 60-year-old man who loves the garden, listening to classical music and attending art galleries. He also has a love for a good Italian or Indian meal!

This home would suit a quiet gentleman of a similar age who enjoys music, excursions in the van, the outdoors, animals and shares other common interests. This home will be able to support someone with high physical support needs who mobilises using a wheelchair at home and in the community.

The person interested in this home would ideally be looking for a quiet, accessible option, and is happy spending time on their own or joining in on shared activities with their housemates. Support staff are available in the home on a 24/7 basis, including overnight support.

The property is managed by SDA provider Nesti Housing and will be available May 2024.
