On 11 December 2024, the Nulsen team braved the 40c+ heat to attend the official groundbreaking at the future site of four custom-built SDA homes.

On the shovels were Nulsen CEO Caroline Watt, SDA Portal Managing Director Jim Poignand, City of Gosnells Mayor Terresa Lynes and Nesti Managing Director James Allbeury.

oining them were members from each of the partner teams along with Ainsley Cousins, the devoted parent of Ben who will be living in one of the homes when completed in mid-2025.

Along with other family members, Ainsley has been involved in the planning of this specialised development for the past year, including the selections of bricks, roofing, colour schemes and layouts.

When completed, these four exceptional properties will be managed by Nesti Housing and home to several people Nulsen supports. We can’t wait!
