Darren Ginnelly returns to Nulsen with a wealth of experience and a longstanding connection to the organisation, having previously been part of the Nulsen leadership team more than 20 years ago. Throughout his career, he has held a range of roles across the disability sector, from direct support worker to executive leadership positions, most recently serving as Managing Director of My Place for 16 years.

Darren’s experience has given him a deep understanding of Supported Independent Living (SIL), individualised home and living arrangements, and the importance of providing services that deliver both quality outcomes and genuine choice for people with disability.

A values-driven leader, Darren believes that great services are built on great people. He is passionate about developing strong teams, nurturing leadership at all levels and creating a culture built on trust, accountability and shared purpose. Darren is excited to reconnect with the people, families and communities that make Nulsen such a special organisation.
