Our team includes:

  • Support workers, who provide daily tailored support to people with disability
  • Leaders, who enable teams and individuals to be the best version of themselves
  • Allied-health professionals who provide dedicated therapy services
  • Our community council, who ensure we acknowledge and uphold our heritage that in everything we do.

This makes for a pretty special and dedicated organisation.

Board & leadership

The Board Directors and Leadership team are responsible for the overall governance, management and strategic direction of Nulsen Disability Services.

The directors bring a range of professional skills and lived experiences to their governance role and are also accountable for ensuring the organisation performs according to our constitution and the legislation under which we operate.

Community Council

The Nulsen Community Council is a volunteer role for family members and others with lived experience of disability.

Council members have expertise in a range of areas, enabling them to assist the Nulsen Board and leadership through constructive input on a range of service and sector matters.
