As Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Nulsen Disability Services, Caroline leads an organisation of more than 700 employees across 65+ locations throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

Caroline directly oversees our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and participant engagement services and sits on the National Disability Services Western Australian Divisional State Committee.

A dedicated human services professional with a long history in the human service sector, Caroline leads and manages multiple operational departments with a thorough understanding of the NDIA framework. She holds a Masters of Leadership, Advanced Certificate in Disability Studies, an Associate Diploma Frontline Management and a Diploma of Project Management.

Caroline is a skilled leader with expertise in strategy, reasearch, coaching and mentoring, budget management, customer service and clinical governance.

Lauded achievements include winner of the 2012 Count Me In Award for Governance and Leadership, winner of the 2017 BCD Scholarship for not-for-profit women in Leadership and member of The Executive Connection (CEO) 2020.
