Two men in their mid-60s currently share this home and have lived together for most of their lives, forming a close and supportive friendship. They enjoy going on holidays together and sometimes take trips independently.

Both men have a great sense of humour and value their independence, choosing to do things for themselves with support available when required.

One of the men has a keen interest in sport and action movies. He is passionate about all things transport, especially trains, planes and helicopters, and enjoys watching them take off and land. He is actively involved in his local community and has been a long-time member of men’s groups.

The other man is a talented artist who has sold several of his artworks. He enjoys music and thrives in lively, busy environments. He has a wide range of interests varying from attending the theatre to taking part in more action-packed activities such as surfing.

This home would suit someone who requires 1-2 support workers to assist with all aspects of their care, who utilises mobility aids such as a wheelchair, and will get along with their new housemates.
