We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Justin O’Meara Smith as Chief Executive Officer of Nulsen Disability Services, commencing in July 2026.
The appointment marks an important milestone for Nulsen as we continue our strong focus on values-led leadership and high-quality service delivery – a hallmark of our legacy spanning more than 70 years.
Mr O’Meara Smith is a highly regarded sector leader and is currently Chief Executive Officer of Interchange, where he has led the organisation through growth and the successful acquisition and integration of Diversity South. He has played a leading advocacy role for people with disability and the sector through his positions as Chair of NDS WA and a national member of the National Disability Services Board.
Importantly for Nulsen, Mr O’Meara Smith brings a deep commitment to person-centred service delivery, along with a proven track record of leading organisations with integrity and care. His values align strongly with Nulsen’s culture and heritage, and we look forward to his leadership with those values at the centre of decision-making.
