The Innovation Award is for finding innovative ways of working and supporting people.
As Clinical Lead, Physiotherapist, Ashleigh (Ash) often has her hands full providing clinical support to Nulsen residents. In doing so, she is recognised as an innovator in finding ways to improve outcomes and keep people engaged.
Ash is active in researching assistive technology to support residents with their mobility and aquatic needs, and has, over time, adapted and enhanced the aquatic support procedures and risk assessments required to improve safety in this area.
