Justin’s appointment marks an important milestone for Nulsen as we continue our strong focus on values-led leadership and high-quality service delivery, building on a legacy of supporting people with disability for more than 70 years.

As Chief Executive Officer of Nulsen Disability Services, Justin brings extensive leadership experience and a strong reputation within the disability sector. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Interchange, where he has led the organisation through growth and the successful acquisition and integration of Diversity South. He has also been a prominent advocate for people with disability and the broader sector through his roles as Chair of NDS WA and as a national member of the National Disability Services Board.

Importantly, Justin brings a deep commitment to person-centred service delivery, along with a proven track record of leading organisations with integrity and care. His values align strongly with Nulsen’s culture and heritage, and under his leadership, Nulsen will continue to empower people to live the life they choose, with those values guiding decision-making at every level of the organisation.
