Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) are “purpose-built homes for people with high support needs”, according to the NDIS. The NDIS SDA Design Standard outlines the design requirements for an SDA home, and gives providers the flexibility to align participant needs and preferences, to help people live more independently.
Nulsen Disability Services collaborates with a selection of Perth’s leading SDA providers. Individuals have the option to choose these SDA home options, or choose an SDA home elsewhere of their choice, to support their goals.
